This course explores some of the key skills required to build Emotional Intelligence into your Leadership style. Through challenging material, self- analysis and reflection, this course aims to increase self-awareness in relation to team performance, and begin to develop more effective Leadership skills.

This online course will be delivered over four sessions.
- Workshops: Tuesday 19, Wednesday 20 and Friday 22 September 2023 (14:00-15:30, UK time)
- Case Study activity session: Thursday 21 September 2023 (14:00-15:30, UK time)

You may be grouped into a smaller team for the case study activity and analysis.
To support the online sessions, you should actively engage in offline activities, such as the introductory tasks.
Please build in extra time around each online session to allow for any technical issues.
This is a ‘virtual classroom’ course, and is designed to replicate the experience of a classroom. The sessions are ‘live’ and are not recorded.
No attendance at Oxford is required and you do not need to purchase any software.
