Week 5: Sunday 3 - Saturday 9 August 2025
The Oxford Experience is a residential summer programme aimed at non-specialists aged 18 and above, providing over 80 week-long courses in a range of subjects. Seminars meet each weekday morning, with afternoons free for course-related field trips, individual study, or exploring the many places of interest in and around Oxford.
During your course you will sample life in Christ Church, one of Oxford’s most impressive and beautiful colleges.

Social programme
Alongside the optional and free social activities held throughout the programme, Week 5 participants will be able to purchase tickets to the following social events:
- Walking tours (£10): Choice of one of three walking tours, led by expert local guides. Tuesday afternoon, 2-4pm.
- Excursion (£40): Visit to Kelmscott Manor is a 16th-century farmhouse that was the home of William Morris, a prominent Arts and Crafts designer. Surrounded by gardens and meadows by the River Thames, it features Morris's furnishings, textiles, and artwork. Wednesday afternoon, 1.30-5.30pm.
Events are subject to change. Tickets will be available to purchase in spring 2025, all participants will be notified when they are available.
