Will Holborow
Will Holborow is an Associate and Senior Heritage Consultant with Purcell and a founder member of the Oxfordshire Gardens Trust. He trained as an architect in Liverpool and studied building conservation at York University. During the 1980s, he witnessed the creation of the Liverpool International Garden Festival and has taken an interest in its survival over the subsequent decades. He worked for English Heritage and Historic England for almost 20 years before moving into private practice with Purcell.
