Research abstract
This thesis is researching everyday experiences of housing affordability in London and local urban perceptions of housing inequality. It will focus on North-East London, where housing inequality is visible and worsening, to investigate how different experiences of housing affordability may affect the formation of perceptions of housing inequality.

Biography
Imogen started the DPhil in Sustainable Urban Development in 2019. She is a policy and strategy professional who is interested in community wealth building and housing. Imogen holds a BA in Development Studies from Macquarie University and an MPhil in Social Innovation from the University of Cambridge.
