High Impact Supply Chain Management

Overview

Effective Supply Chain Management is crucially important in today's dynamic environment, characterised by interconnected markets, geopolitical shifts, technological advancements, and evolving customer expectations. It plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations, cost efficiency and resilience.

Addressing this need, our two-day High Impact Supply Chain Management course has been specifically designed for Supply Chain Managers who are developing into broader SCM leadership roles, and Executives with responsibility for SCM in their organisations.

Central to the course is the SPECTRAL model, a robust framework derived from extensive operational experience and grounded in academic research. The model encompasses eight interconnected elements: Strategy, Praxis, ESG, Capital, Technology, Risk & Resilience, Analytics and Leadership. These are built on foundational principles of translating superior strategy into highly effective execution.

We use the term ‘Praxis’ to denote the translation of ideas into impactful actions. The core tenets of Strategy + Praxis are inherently underpinned by high-performing Leadership, supported by emerging Technology and modern Analytics.  All of this in the service of growth, through effective Capital management, proactive Risk and Resilience planning and alignment with ESG values.

The course draws on a toolbox of practical, useful tools selected to yield maximum and swift Return on Investment (ROI).  In the face of global uncertainties, the holistic SPECTRAL approach transforms the Supply Chain into a strategic asset. Businesses excelling in the synergy between strategy and execution not only overcome challenges, but also unlock the full potential of their Supply Chain in the current complex business landscape.
