Studying as an adult learner often means finding time for study between other commitments, whether those are from work, family or other interests.
This session aims to help you understand the principles of good time management and how they can be applied to planning and using your study time. It will include strategies for overcoming some common problems with managing time, and plenty of opportunities to share ideas and experiences with others.

- Giving yourself time to study.
