Improve Your Blog

Overview

Improving your Blog is a practical, hands-on day school for those who already have a blog and want to move onto the next level – to improve its design and other features, and get it seen and read by a wider audience. It doesn't matter what your blog is about.

To get the day started we provide personal feedback on your blog – with ideas for improving your design, navigation and writing style/format. Then we introduce you to the wider possibilities of blogging – how to promote your blog; how to encourage and measure reader interest; how to earn some money from it; and how to deal with bloggers' block and other challenges.

Please note:

  • Our computers are PCs not Apple Macintosh.
  • Technical advice will only be for blogs written in Wordpress.
  • Please come with all the information you need to log-in to your blog (website, password details).
