Checking in and out
Reception at Rewley House is located on St John Street, just around the corner from Wellington Square. Reception is open daily from 8.00 am to 10.00 pm. If you expect to arrive outside these hours, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
Check-in is from 14.00 pm onwards, check-out is by 10.00 am.
Laundry
A coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer (£4.00) are available on the first floor of Staircase B in Rewley House.
Dry cleaning can be arranged; please allow a three day turnaround.
Parking
There are no car parking facilities at Rewley House. A limited number of metered street parking spaces are available in Wellington Square for short-term parking. If you require long-term parking we recommend using the Park and Ride system.
Payment
You may pay by credit/debit card (please note we do not accept American Express).
Payment will be required at the time of making the reservation.
Cancellation Policy
Group Bookings
3 to 9 Rooms
- Less than 2 weeks' notice given: 50% of accommodation charges to be made.
- If less than 7 days' notice given: 100% of accommodation and catering charges to be made.
10 or more Rooms
- Less than 4 weeks' notice given: 25% of accommodation charges to be made.
- Less than 2 weeks' notice given: 50% of accommodation charges to be made.
- If less than 7 days' notice given: 100% of accommodation and catering charges to be made.
Individual Bookings (up to 2 rooms)
- If less than 48 hours' notice is given: 100% of full charges for accommodation to be made.
Conference Room Bookings
- Less than 4 weeks' notice given: 25% of room hire charges to be made.
- Less than 2 weeks' notice given: 50% of room hire charges to be made.
- If less than 7 days' notice given: 100% of room hire and catering charges to be made.
